Business Development Consultant (Part-time)

AMC is looking for a part-time business developer to join our awesome team in Bucharest! If you love video games, are social and a natural at creating great relationships with people, this might be the perfect job to kick-start your career. Previous experience not required !

As a Business Development Consultant (BDC) you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying & qualifying prospects and starting the sales process. You will use social media and other tools to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinars.

By taking 100% ownership of building and creating your own pipeline, you will be creative and implement activities to contact new customers and generate new business.

You will cultivate qualified leads and manage the sales process to uncover how AMC can become their partner of choice, then work with customers and internal stakeholders to define opportunities and convert them to customer orders.

This will be a part time-role with the possibility of turning into a full-time role depending on your performance and company requirements.

Requirements:

Understanding of modern marketing practices (direct marketing, marketing automation, Social Media)

Great language and communication skills, charismatic

Is nice and kind, is innovative, wants to make a difference, wants to grow

Fluent in English

Decent knowledge of the video game world, preferably is a gamer

Good, natural ability to work with computers, smartphones and gadgets

Good technical acumen

Nice to have:

Degree or student in marketing, communications, business or a related field

Previous experience in a Sales, Business Development or Customer Service role

Multiple language skills

Energetic person, driven, type of person who “gets it done”

Has a good understanding of digital art
