7+ years in Digital Art industry with proven track record, and minimum 2 years in a coordination role (the years of experience can be compensated with proven record of skills and abilities)
Ideally degree in Arts.
Understanding of cutting edge technology and tools.
In-depth knowledge of production process for digital assets in Video Games Industry.
You master the mechanics behind digital art creation.
You demonstrate strong ability to rationalize your Artistic view in order to translate information into recommendations making and persuasion.
Attention to both big picture and details.
Understand business language, in order to have ability to work with Senior level.
Ability to communicate information & ideas aloud or in writing, so that others can easily understand them.
You have experience or are comfortable working with remote teams.
Proven ability to independently obtain outstanding results.
Proven ability to work under pressure without compromising the quality and the deadline.
Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
