You are the visionaire of how success looks like for AMC new business.
You design, drive and implement the new business strategy while being responsible for the needed resources and relationship functions within it.
You are leading effective relationships with all pears from management team of the organization, while your key area is developing solid networking opportunities, generate leads and deliver against a target.
You are on top of all relevant conferences and industry’s forum.
You maintain overview of multiple art and R&D projects while ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.
You know how and when to challenge, influence and protect standards of work with new clients. Consistently identify needs that a client may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.
You develop and maintain effective marketing and public relation strategy to promote the service and image of the company in the wider community.
Tangibles you have in your garden:
10+ years experience in a Business Development role within a creative agency, consulting or technology environment.
You play games. And you love talking about them.
Exceptional understanding of the digital arena and how new and emerging developments can be utilized to add value to a client’s business.
You are a digital native, passionate about tech and the digital space.
You have a massive frame of reference beyond industry to help stimulate leads and a proven track record in meeting new business targets – from initial contact to closing final sales.
Demonstrable experience of managing the full new business process and cycle.
You have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
Skilled in pitching, storytelling, presentation, networker.
Proven ability to excel under pressure, meet strict deadlines and sales targets.
Team player, confident in building effective relationships, especially with C-Level stakeholders. Self leadership management.
Understanding of team utilisation and project allocation, and their relationship to overall client profitability.

Self-motivation, autonomy and excellent problem solving skills and negotiation are imperative.

Ability to always stay composed & collected, react and cope well, especially under pressure and in difficult situations. Provides options for revised course of actions.
